- Turn on the printer
- When the booting printer can still run normally, please wait until the printer symbols blinking.
- Next, find a button with paper symbol or “resume” button.
- Press and hold the button for 5-10 seconds until the “on” button with green color is blinking.Usually the printer will automatically do head cleaning process.
- When you have stopped pressing the resume botton, then the orange sign will stop blinking and only green sign that will be turned on. Next, you can open the printer cover.
- Please wait until the cartridge is moving to the middle.
- Put off the cartridge and check it. Since there will be probability for the ink is running out. Thus, it is better for you to check the ink storage whether it is still full or not. If the ink is running out, you can refill it by infusing the ink approximately 4ml
- Put the cartridge back to the normal place and do the printing test to see the result.
